Mr. Michael J. Albers is the Chief Operating Officer at First Mills, responsible for devising and executing operational strategies and processes. With extensive experience in the milling industry, he has taught process engineering to international executives in the milling industry on behalf of the Bühler Group. During his eighteen-year tenure, he has played a key role in implementing ISO certification and enhancing ESG outcomes across various milling companies.

Mr. Albers received his bachelor's degree in Process and Plant Engineering from DMSB German Milling School, Braunschweig.
